Mechanical Design – ATS mechanical design services include thermally optimized PC board layouts, shelves, faceplates, chasses and fan trays. When needed, ATS will design, test and prototype custom heat sink solutions.

Thermal Design – we provide complete thermal design for safe, cool running, including work on dies, components, PCBs, and systems. These services are typically performed from ATS thermal labs. If needed, an ATS thermal design review brings our engineers to your facility to conduct a full audit on your thermal design and analysis procedures.

Prototyping Services
For all-important product evaluations, ATS offers rapid prototyping of machined parts and cooling systems from its US facilities. Sheet metal fabrication and cut heat sink prototypes are quickly provided from our Chinese partners.
